I have a today’s list, this week’s list, and someday’s list. I build the Today list every morning and get to it. I meditate for 10 minutes and exercise for at least 30, I eat breakfast and then really get settled into my work. My hours on a computer range from 8-12 hours 5 days per week. I may have a digital income, but I certainly still work a lot.
